Bond University lists two sport management master's programs at its Gold Coast campus. The standard Master of Sport Management takes 1 year 4 months. The Professional version takes 92 weeks. Both are on-campus and both ask for a recognised bachelor degree in any field.

How long each program takes

The standard program runs for four semesters. It totals 120 credit points: 100 compulsory and 20 elective.

The Professional program totals 165 credit points: 135 compulsory and 30 elective.

When you can start

Both programs list four intakes: September 2026, January 2027, May 2027 and September 2027. All four are on-campus at the Gold Coast campus.

What the fees look like

Bond publishes fees in Australian dollars. The standard program lists AUD 80,750 in total for 2026 entry and AUD 84,420 in total for 2027 entry. Per semester, the figures are AUD 20,188 for 2026 and AUD 21,105 for 2027.

The Professional program lists AUD 87,550 in total for 2026 and AUD 91,530 in total for 2027. It does not list a per-semester figure.

Bond notes that fees vary with the subjects you choose and the year you enrol. The fee that applies is the one for your entry year.

Entry requirements

Both programs ask for a successful recognised bachelor degree, or an equivalent qualification, in any field. The program listings give China and Taiwan as examples of where a recognised four-year bachelor degree counts as equivalent to an Australian bachelor degree.

English results are accepted from several tests. For IELTS Academic, both programs ask for an overall score of 6.5, with no sub-score below 6.0. For PTE Academic, the listed requirement is an overall score of 58, with no communicative score below 50.

Program codes

The standard program uses program code BN-13127 and CRICOS code 096559M. The Professional program uses program code BN-13129 and CRICOS code 096696B.

Use these codes when you fill in application forms or compare offers from other universities.

All figures above are Bond University's published amounts for the years shown. The final fee follows the year you enrol, and the university sets it each year.
