How to read Bond University's Master of Management requirements as an overseas applicant

Published:

Bond University's Master of Management asks for a recognised Bachelor degree in any field. International applicants who use IELTS Academic need 6.5 overall with no sub-score below 6.0. The program runs 1 year 4 months, on campus at the Gold Coast, with four intakes between September 2026 and September 2027.

What the program is

The Master of Management is a Masters Degree (Coursework). Bond lists it under Business, Commerce, and Entrepreneurship. Its program code is BN-13142 and its CRICOS code is 108626B.

The full-time duration is 1 year 4 months, which Bond describes as 4 semesters.

Intakes and where you study

Bond lists four on-campus offerings, all at the Gold Coast Campus:

What you need to be admitted

The academic requirement is the successful completion of a recognised Bachelor degree, or an equivalent qualification, in any field. Your undergraduate major does not have to be in business.

Bond also lists entry notes by country. For China, it asks for a recognised 4-year Bachelor degree equivalent to an Australian Bachelor degree. For Taiwan, the wording is the same. In both cases the requirement is a completed recognised Bachelor degree in any field.

English-language scores

Bond accepts several tests. Two of the listed options are:

Bond also lists TOEFL iBT as an accepted test.

How the 120 credit points are built

The degree totals 120 credit points. Of those, 80 are compulsory subjects that every student completes. The other 40 are electives that let you tailor the degree.

Bond offers 7 specialisation options within the program.

What it costs for international students

Bond publishes tuition per semester and for the whole program. The figures differ by starting year.

Year Per semester Total program
2026 AUD 20,103 AUD 80,410
2027 AUD 21,015 AUD 84,060

I have used a table here only because it keeps the two years side by side. The numbers are Bond's own.

Bond describes these fees as a guide. They vary with the subjects you choose and the year you start. The fee that applies to you is the one for your year of entry.

Reading the numbers as a set

Take the 2026 total of AUD 80,410 as the reference point for a September 2026 start. For any intake in 2027, the 2027 per-semester and total figures apply.

Because the program is four semesters, the per-semester fee and the total fee describe the same cost from two angles. Bond states both, so you can use whichever fits your budgeting.

The English scores are minimums. The IELTS line has two conditions, an overall score and a floor for each sub-score, and you need to meet both. The PTE line works the same way, with a floor on the Communicative Scores.

Pulling it together

Before you plan, write down five items: the intake month, your degree and its recognition status in your country, your English test and its score breakdown, the fee year that matches your start, and your planned elective mix within the 120 credit points. All figures here follow what Bond publishes, and Bond's published terms for your intake year are the ones that apply.
